Shipping Origin
All orders are shipped from Alaska, USA.
Because we ship from Alaska, delivery times may be slightly longer than shipments originating from the continental United States, especially for destinations in the Lower 48.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Estimated delivery times:

Shipping Carriers
We primarily ship using USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on destination, package size, and cost efficiency.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.
Shipping to P.O. Boxes
We do ship to P.O. Boxes. If shipping to a P.O. Box is available, USPS will be used.
International Shipping
We do offer international shipping.
If international shipping is available:
• Customs duties, taxes, and import fees are the responsibility of the customer.
• Delivery times may vary significantly due to customs clearance.
Delays & Lost Packages
We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, weather conditions, or incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.

Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We stand behind our products and want you to shop with confidence. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of delivery — no questions asked.
